Man tik keista, kodėl taip akcentuoji tą faktą, kad aš kažkokias bangas noriu kelti ir pan. Aš noriu suprasti, kodėl užsakant vieną modelį, registracijoje atėjo kitas (ar tai mano klaida ar taip turi būti). Kitas dalykas, norisi žinoti bazinius dalykus: ar reikia dar kažką daryti, prieš nuvykstant į vietą (dar kartą patvirtinti užsakymą ir pan.), kur mašiną pasiimti, kur dokumentus pasirašyti, kokios nuobaudos ir problemos dažniausia pasitaiko. Man nėra aktualu koks galutiniame rezultate auto modelis bus, man aktualu visos procedūros nuo užsakymo iki gražinimo.

Teko nuomotis Toronte
Viešbutyje iš vakaro užsisakėm tikslią valandą, kokio tipo ir su navigacija. Atvažiavo 20min pavėlavęs vairuotojas, tada su juo važiavom iš viešbučio į ofisą, kaip ir viskas ok pasirodė, norėjom medium size mašinos gavom mažiausią, laiko aiškintis nebuvo nes norėjom daugiau pamatyt nei ten to komforto. Tada pasirodė jog nėra veikiančios navigacijos, pralaukėm valandą, per ją bandė įtikint kad viską rasim ir be jos - nesutikom, tipo rado vieną veikiančią, kaip vėliau pasirodė CENZŪRA neveikė, na bet nenorėdami agdintis dienos nuvažiavom ir nesukom galvos, dėl navigacijos neveikimo išsiprašėm nuolaidą, jog auto paliksim viešbutį ir ją ryte pasiims, (realiai šitas kainuoja 50 žalių arba turi atvešti į ofisą), mašiną palikom viešbutį po kelionės, tada ją apsiėmė nu ir išvažiavom, kadangi kortelė buvo kreditinė po kelių savaičių pasirodė jog nuskaitė tuos pinigus už parvežimą mašinos, tai kad galiu tik pasakyt jog viską reik juoda ant balto kad surašytų, nes tokie šiūkšlės dirba kad tau į aksi tai viską pasakys, o poto nuo tos kreditinės tik spėk gaudyt, atd imk sutartį tegu viską nuo a iki z surašo ir po antspaudu ir jei aks neaišku klausk tol kol taps aišku,.. tad tokai patirtis, gal Europoj kitaip, bet ko tai abejoju..

Siuo atveju ne ju turi but antspaudas, bet tau reikia ziuret kur pasirasai. Jei pasirasei, kad grazinsi ofise, tai jiems daugiau ir neidomu. Atmink, kad amerikoj dirba ne 1 ar 2 agentai, o 10 - 15 jei nedaugiau ir niekas ten nesigilina kur koks agentas taresi. Siuo atveju turejot paparsyti, kad ant sutarties parasytu, jog grazinsit viesbutyje ir "for free".

If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the pick up time, all funds except a cancellation fee of EUR 25.0 and the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pick up time, we will retain 3 days rental and the card processing fee (where applicable).

International licence needed

An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). This booking can be paid for by either credit card or debit card. Car rental agents require a credit card in the driver's name to be presented at the rental desk. This is because a deposit is required which is held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned. In some countries you may be required to present two credit cards when renting higher vehicle groups.

Always ensure that the card has sufficient credit available at the time of rental. The amount authorized is generally the insurance excess and the fuel deposit, but it varies depending upon the size of the vehicle, the age of the driver, the car rental agent, rental duration and pick up location.
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
